Use

Wet application = a foundation effect Choose a shade that corresponds to your natural skin color. Dampen the sponge with water and gradually apply the “foundation” all over your face until you reach the desired coverage and your skin is perfectly even (the product’s unique formula becomes creamier when mixed with water).
